Each bottle contains 60 capsules. Take one capsule twice daily with food or water.
What are the ingredients?
The gelatin capsules contain concentrated Turmeric extract, providing 500mg standardized to 95% Curcumin. A small amount of Black Pepper extract, 3mg of piperine, is included to improve bioavailability.
